SHIPPING AND RETURNS

When you place an order through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the distance sales contract offered to you electronically.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product, as well as other applicable laws.

Shipping costs, which are the shipping expenses, will be paid by the buyers.

Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers can terminate the contract.

In case it becomes impossible to deliver the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer of this situation within 3 days from the date of learning about it. Within 14 days, the total amount must be refunded to the buyer.

If the buyer does not pay the purchase price of the product or cancels it in the bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ceases.

After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the credit card used for payment has been fraudulently used by unauthorized persons and the sold product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product within 3 days at the seller’s expense.

If unforeseeable force majeure occurs for the seller and the product cannot be delivered within the specified period, the situation is communicated to the buyer. The buyer can request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days.

Before accepting delivery of the goods/services subject to the contract, the buyer must inspect them; damaged or defective goods falling into the torn, stained, etc. category must be protected after delivery. The invoice must also be returned along with the product.

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without providing any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date to themselves or the person/organization at the specified address, provided that they notify the seller through the contact information below.

Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You can send your return/exchange products via Sürat Kargo within 14 business days under customer number 1411751081.
Return Conditions

The product to be returned must not have its label removed or hygiene bands detached and should be sent back in its original packaging/box as received. The product must be returned in the same condition it was delivered.

After you return the purchased product to us, we will examine it. If no user-related errors or defects are detected during the inspection, the product’s cost will be refunded to your credit card within the legal period of 10 business days.

Cash refunds are not provided.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be accompanied by the invoice. Items that have lost their resale value and cannot be sold to another customer will not be accepted for return, and their cost will not be refunded
